There have been 16 seasons of Rocket League, they started in 2020, 4 years after the game was released.
Season 1, released in September 2020, was the first season off the game, the theme was a farm and there was a new car, the Harbinger. It the start off new things or features, like a competitive season, tournament rewards, and the Rocket Pass.
Season 2 was released in December of 2020 and had a new arena called Neon Fields. There was a new car called the R3MX.

Season 3, March 2021, the new arena was DFH Stadium Circut. It also had f1 and Nascar featured and the new cars were the Tyranno, Ford Mustang, and the f1 car.
Season 4, August 2021, had a new car, the Outlaw GXT, as well as a new arena called Deadeye Canyon.
Season 5 came out in November 2021, the new arena was Starbase Arc (Aftermath), the new car was the Nexus.
Season 6, March 2022, had Neo Tokyo (Comic) arena, and the car was the Nomad van.
Season 7 was in June 10 2022 and had a new arena, Utopia Coliseum (Gilded) the new car was the Maestro.
Season 8 was released in September 2022 and had 2 new arenas, Sovereign Hights, and a new basketball court called the Block. The new cars were the Honda Civic Type R and the Honda Civic Type R-LE.
Season 9, December 2022, the new anrena was the Forbidden Temple Fire and Ice. The new car was the Emperor II.
Season 10 came out March of 2023 and had a new arena Deadeye Canyon (Oasis) and featured a new car, the Volkswagon GTI.
Season 11 came out June of 2023 and had a brand new arena Estadio Vida Arena with a new car called the Nissan Silvia.
Season 12 was released September 2023 and had a new arena Neo Tokyo (Hacked) the new car was the Porsche 911 Turbo.
Season 13 came out December 2023 and had 3 new arenas called Mannfield (Dusk), Farmstead (Pitched), and Wasteland (Pitched). The new cars were the Ace and Primo.
Season 14, March 2024, had a new arena AquaDome (Salty Shallows) the cars were the Admiral and the Mako.
Season 15 was released June 2024, the new arena was the salty Shores (Salty Fest) and the cars were the Nissan Fairlady Z and the Nissan Fairlady Z RLE.
Season 16 is the current Rocket League season and it came out September 2024. The new arena is Drift Woods, the new car is the BMW series 1.
